ASVAB is a beacon for military veteran business owners, offering a unique platform to tap into every veteran’s entrepreneurial potential. Our members all had the same starting point, whether enlisted or officer, they served their country while learning invaluable skills that translate into the business world. Honing these skills into successful veteran-owned businesses, our members share a common bond; service to our nation and our fellow Americans while supporting and defending the Constitution. ASVAB members also share a common mindset, known to some of us as “Charlie Mike,” or continue mission. This mindset encourages us to push through adversity, despite difficulties, delays, discomfort or pain. We continue moving forward by any means necessary, to incessantly strive for improvement and efficiency, and to continue our service to our nation by giving of ourselves to our brother and sister veterans. ASVAB was created to develop a network of like-minded veterans who own businesses and come with immeasurable experience in running efficient operations and growing their companies despite severe economic pressures and global instability, demonstrating the values of determinations, commitment, perseverance and fortitude. Every member in our organization has committed to give of themselves through participation in our outreach efforts, acting as a lifeline, to educate and support veteran entrepreneurship, mentor prospective veteran business owners by providing guidance, support and feedback to their fellow members to give veteran entrepreneurs the edge they need to conquer the business world. ASVAB members also have to goal to reduce the staggering number of 22 veteran suicides a day by providing a path forward post military service.
From the skies to the fields, from the deserts to the depths of the ocean, veterans from all branches can find their way to ASVAB while transitioning to civilian life, starting their businesses, and helping other veterans do the same. We are ASVAB, empowering veterans one business at a time.
